1. Shipping Methods and Options

We use Standard Shipping Option. The Shipping carriers are Deutsche Post, DHL, Fedex and overtime more carriers will be used.

3. Handling and Processing Time

The order processing time is UPTO 4 working days.  

4. Tracking Information

The tracking detail is sent via E-mail, as soon as delivery tracking number is made available to us. For more info, You can always contact us.

5. Delivery Delays

Sometimes, due to unavoidable situations like bad weather, holidays, or high order volumes can result to delivery delays. If a delivery delay is known to us, we will make sure to contact our customers using their provided contact information.

6. International Shipping and Customs

Incase a shipment is arriving from a foreign country, Custom fee costs are to be beared by the customers upon the product delivery. The Shipping time to Germany is usually UPTO 10 days.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

Return label costs are to be beared by the customer. Returns are available within 14 days if the item packaging and labels are intact. The item should also be in brand-new condition. Incase of returns, the customer can message us and we will provide return address.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

Incase of lost or damaged packages during transit, please let us know immediately along with relevant proof / details.
